BluTV was blessed to have the Manu Samoa team Management and players visit their podcast today on Asiatas "Tautai A'e" Programme.


Seumanu Douglas Ngau Chun, the Manager for the High-Performance Unit for Samoa and the Assistant Manu Samoa Manager, Tuala Lemalu Ben Silva, spoke about the team preparations. The back to back Manu Samoa vs Maori All Blacks allowed the boys a much needed gel session as they prepare for Ikale Tahi this weekend.


"The match against Tonga is a decider for a spot in the 2023 RWC," said Seumanu "if we don't win this weekend, it will be a long road to try and qualify"

Tuala Lemalu Ben Silva believes that Manu Samoa is battle-ready on the field and behind the scenes. he said, "This is a new position for me, and it's a learning curve..we are moving towards significant structural changes within, and I'm happy to a part of that, working closely with Su'a Hesed Ieremia and Seumanu at the management level of the team."

The men of the hour, The Tank Albert Anae and flying winger Elisepeta Alofipo are both looking forward to the Saturdays game, they will be playing for family and country, Elisepeta said that "the brothers across the ocean will be playing for the same reasons.
